Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by a shipment notification containing tracking information upon dispatch.

Please note that during peak seasons, new collection launches, or promotional periods, order processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.

Shipping Timeframes

We currently ship across India through our trusted logistics partners. The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1 to 3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on your location, courier workload, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders above ₹999: Free shipping

  • Prepaid orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹120

  • Cash on Delivery (if offered): Subject to an additional service fee, disclosed at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Non-Serviceable Locations

If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable network, our team will reach out to you to discuss alternative solutions or issue a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In case of shipment delays or non-delivery, please contact us at lumebydv@gmail.in within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
